Job Description: o Ensuring that quality control work in the process areas is performed in accordance with established procedures like QA plan, product inspection/testing , product sampling, product packaging, safe work procedure ,flow of data etc. o Implementing &monitoring quality plan, calibration of all production & testing equipment o Preparing the QA plans as per customer requirements o Identifying the trainings for the staffs based on the requirement of change in product, change in requirement of regulatory authority and against non-conformity actions. o Developing the plans, procedures and technical data sheets according to the product and processes as per customer and standard requirements. o Analysing the NCR incident on QMS or HSE and reporting it to the higher management. o Reporting the analytical reports to top management and also to the inter departments. o Reviewing the process parameters submitted by the QC inspectors. o Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to top management on product quality, process quality, HSE and customer feedback and requirements. o Conducting the process checks and wherever required process control implementation. o Analysing the performance of vendor, machine and man and reporting to the management. o Maintaining the calibration of measuring equipment’s of laboratory and plants. o Co coordinating with the approved third party inspection services for the inspection of material handling equipment’s like cranes, forklifts, man lift etc. Also the inspection of generator and compressors. o Co coordinating with the third party inspection services for the yearly monitoring of air quality and noise inside and outside of factory premises. Also for the stack monitoring. • Executing plans as per International Standards , customer requirement and authority requirements. • Developing and implementation of of QMS, IMS and OSHAD Abu Dhabi. • Co coordinating with all other departments to identify the gap in system, flow of data, product requirement, objectives , market requirement. • Designing quality control & inspection procedures for raw materials like copper cathodes, copper rod, cellulose paper, enamel solutions, tin platting chemicals & other consumable materials and controlling in a computerized programmer • Assessing supplier based on its performance on delivery and quality & price • Accountable for reporting non conformities, customer feedback & performance of the machines to top level management • Identifying &analysing the gap and root causes in the system
Desired Candidate Profile
-The Desired candidate should have a minimum 6 years of experience in copper manufacturing company. -The candidate must be located in UAE. -The desired candidate should possess Bachelor /Master in Engineering. - Other certifications will be added advantage
