Retail Leasing Manager

Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading diversified group of companies in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Retail Leasing Manager who will be responsible for effectively leasing the commercial space to achieve the sustainable rates above the target budget, 


- Responsible for acquiring, negotiating and concluding lease negotiations and agreements with new and existing brands

- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with key sector contacts to generate leads.

- Manage relationships with existing tenants and clients for limiting complaints to ensure retention.

- Prepare detailed analysis of prospects' market and financial position to ensure the financial repute viability prior to establishing contractual relationship

- Ensure that the tenants are compliant with all documentary, financial and design submission criteria and timeframes

- Review new lease documents, lease renewals, lease approval forms, lease amendments and notifications to tenants and intercompany departments.

- Manage & monitor all renewals across portfolio.

- Assist the department heads in developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue.



Requirements- Graduate with a Business degree

- Certifications in Retail Leasing

- 6 -10  years in Retail Leasing

- Excellent leasing / marketing skills

- Positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm

- Strong customer service skills

- Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills

- Knowledge of property management operations

- Working Knowledge of landlord / tenant laws

- Fluent in English, Arabic
